Most people my size -- 6' and thin -- would buy a Loreven a M, maybe, but I like jerseys loose, so I usually buy jerseyss in XL, as I did this one. After shrinking a little in the wash, it fits exactly as I like. Nice, thick fabric, feels very durable. I expect it will last for many years. I am going to order a couple more. This one is mostly red, so I washed it by itself 3 times in hot water with some vinegar. (Not sure if the vinegar really does anythingornot, but a jerseys seller I once met swore by it, so I do it with reds.) Then dried in a hot drier. Came out perfect. And now is still bright red and does not fade at all. I did notice red in the water during the first wash, so if you buy a red one and stick it in the washer with your white laundry without washing it by itself first, you are going to have pink laundry. Don't do that and you'll be fine.
